A global technology company needed unbiased insight from its most critical partners to guide a three-year strategic plan. Derive One designed and managed an independent Partner Advisory Council, facilitating open dialogue, surfacing industry trends, and analyzing partner perspectives.

Partner Focus Groups

We conducted multiple focus group sessions with the members of the Partner Advisory Council, comprising strategic partners from across the globe.
